I just bought a 2003 and put aftermarket wheels on it. My co-worker just bought a 04 GT2 that has wheel covers. I am pretty sure my silver twisted wheels will fit just fine. Just not sure about the exact offset. Anyone know for sure?

They will fit just fine. The stock 04+ wheels are the same offset as the 97-03.

why do those GT2s only have 200hp if they are supercharged 3.8s just like the GTPs (which have 260hp)???

GT2s aren't supercharged. Only the 2007 GTs were supercharged, and only because they dropped the GTP name. Pontiac is readying to axe the GP altogether in 2008-9ish to make way for the G8.

The offset is something like +35mm. Anything from 30ish to 40ish mm offset should be fine.
