Hello everyone, my car is jerking or hesitating everytime i get to 12mph. I guess that is when it goes to 2nd gear(automatic). I just changed the oil and had the fluids checked. Do you think that this is a computer problem. It feels like it is in nuetral and than jerks to the next gear. It has been happening for the last 3 monthes now and has been getting worse. it used to happen just every few days. now it happens everytime i hit 12mph. weird? thanks in advance

Could be a PCM problem or a tranny prob. Is your GP still under warranty?

Yup, i have a 4 year, 60k mile warranty. I was trying to avoid taking it to the dealer because they take forever to get the car back to you. I guess thats what i will have to do. thanks

Sounds like a tranny problem if it happens all the time now.

Better to take it to them while it's still under warranty to save you some money. Let us know what happens.

If you take it in now hile it is still under warranty it will be on record with GM that you had some problems with it. That way later on after your waranty is up you have a good chance of them still fixing it.
