Especially the RED !!!!

Mine looked nasty when I bought the car used from a Non-Pontiac dealer(everything else looks mint....)

So I drove to the dealership (that I have dealt with my other GM vehicles)and guess what ...It fell under my original warrenty (3yr/36000 miles)....I just got it BUT...the red is gone now and all the paint is silver....looks nice with all that black but just note the same without the red...Something I will need to get use to I guess

Either they messed up or they do not replace them with the Red painted letters any more...

I've looked at many pictures of 2004 GTP Comp G cars and a lot of covers seem to be missing the red paint on the words Supercharged and 3800...
Seems the 2005 GTP covers are silver...

I accepted their answer that they do not make them with the red paint any more....So I will live the new silcer lettering....

I just wanted to let all you fine people that you too may take advantage of your warrenty and get a NEW cover .....

Reply if you have or after you get your NEW cover
And if you were able to get red letering (because if you did I'm heading back fos another replacement...

Rick

Remove the cover and don't worry about it. Why hide the beutiful motor?

The cover is really useless if you have your superchager polished or powder coated.
