I love the way my 98 GTP looks... But when I say I don't like the looks of the GTO, it's not that I don't like it. I actually do. I just don't want to have two cars that look the same. Granted the interior is much nicer, and the V8 is much nicer, and the RWD is nicer.... Oh no.. frown Maybe I should've gotten a GTO too frown The feeling comes and goes... I was actually going to wait on the 05', but I am REALLY bad at waiting. [/b]
Ok when you explain it like that I understand what you guys are talking about.

I would imagine that Right now yuou can get an 04 for about $25-28,000 bucks with the $3500 rebates Maybe less I dont know. Thats not a bad price IMO and where they should have started all along.

Ive been trying to figure a way to afford one but with resale on my 00 GTP not all that great and having just dumped $2,000 into the suspension and maintenance stuff, and the car running and driving like a dream, AND a baby on the way, and me not having a ton of disposible income, it just doesnt make financial sense right now. and it would be an impossible dream to get my wife to agree. (she is too practical and sensable)

Had they priced the 04 under 30k and not tried to gouge customers, they would have probably sold ALL of them and not had to have had any sitting on the lots. I bet the dealers will tack on $5,000 or more to the 05 sticker. They just dont learn.

Yea, your son has rotten teeth, gets sick every 4 weeks, doesn't know you, and gets into fights all the time
...but the GTO you had 2 years ago had a lot of torque! cheers
