I've been hearing a lot of talk about these performance chips that give 45+ hp and 7-11+ mpg i was just wondering if anyone has ever had one or knows anything about them and if they work cause it sounds to good to be true.

Its all snake oil, no horsepower and the chips will cause increased gas consumption and the chip will make your car run rich, ruining the converters. Leave it stock!!!!

If you put in a PCM from zzp or somewhere like that and a 180 tstat and put on a after market air intake like the K&N one or something like that you will feel the car to be more responsive, gear changes will be snapper, and you'll loose that terrible lag you get when you put the gas down now.
