Lorenzo: I assume that you found the "old" pulley fit fine on the '04? Others who have tried the DUB system said the shaft is the same size, just that the SC snout is different. Any other comments?

To answer your question - no mods yet, waiting to insure there are no other issues with the new car before I mod it. I'll wait a month or so....

I find it difficult to believe that the blower alone is worth 20 hp. It is more efficient, using ca. 15% less power to run. The TB on the '04s is larger, and there is no U-bend in the exhaust either. These changes, along with the new blower, probably account for the 20 hp increase.

How much diffence did you notice with the smaller pulley/intake?

it was a pretty significant increase... going from 3.8 (I think) to 3.0 is a pretty big jump
