I got Crysis

Setup:

Q6600 (Core2Quad) @ 3.4ghz
4gb of DDR2 1000mhz Patriot Viper (overclocked)
BFG 8800 GTS 640mb OC'ed
Asus SLI Plus Mobo w/ Thermaltake Heat sinks and Heat-pipe delete mod.
Thermaltake Armor Jr Case with 3 120mm fans and a couple 80mm and a ram cooler and custom heatsinks.

I can play on Very high settings with 2-4x AA at 1400 x 900 res which is pretty nice and it runs smooth.

I've played the Crysis demo recently.

4600x2
2gb Mushkin ram
Gigabyte GA-MA69G-SH3 (Xfire capable)
HIS HD2600XT 512mb
WinXP SP3

I can play it at high settings @ 1280x720. Runs smooth and looks great. I'm kind of iffy on the gameplay though. Sometimes the aiming of the gun appears off relative to the sights and you have to rely heavily on the suit to keep from getting killed (how a guy on a gunboat that looks like spec can tell you're a bad guy is beyond me). Still, the game itself is visually stunning and there are lots of ways to complete tasks (stealth or go in blazing).

I love the shotgun.

Picked up Mario Kart Wii. It's pretty fun they pulled tracks from all the platforms added some new stuff. If you own a Wii it's a must buy. The motion controls take a bit to get use to but if you don't like the simulated wheel you can plug in your gamecube controller and use that if you wish.

Any one play Combat Arms?

It's a FPS that's free to download and free to play.

I started playing this weekend. Graphics are decent for a free game. Game play is good. Lots of weapons available. They promise that those who decide to pay will not have any advantage in game over those who play for free. They say when you pay for stuff it will only be for visual upgrades. No weapons and such. There are a few maps some small and tight for fast action others large and spread out for slower action. Some maps are set with snipers in mind.

You can download the game from Nexon.net

My screen name is KingairRob

Herc, thanks for the recommendation. That's a good game, especially for free. Don't have a problem with the mouse pad or laptop though. lol

My SN is grandprix. It's the only thing I could find that would work...took forever for it to accept something.

found out yesterday that there is hacks for the game. But when it's free and little oversight well. You get what you pay for.
