Will 15s fit over the rotors? Factory is 17s, right?

Sounds like you have a good plan and can't wait for pic's with the new wheels.

I really like how the tire/rims look on there...I wouldn't pick those colors for the paint though, I'm more a red/black kind of person...or dark green and white. But I like the idea.

nice little roadrunner decal... the colors are not okay at all... im just saying... if ur gonna go through that much trouble... paint it all black and do some white racing stripes and then it will match the wheels better...
