It should be on your throttle body. There are usually only two sensors mounted to it: TPS which will be opposite of your throttle linkage and rest on the butterfly pivot, and the IAC usually on top or bottom. The only vehicles I've seen differ offhand are older Ford and Dodge trucks, which have one that bolts onto the intake after the throttle body.
