I know I took a whirl at this before and was unsuccessful, but I'm back to give it another try hopefully with better results. I'm not at all trying to be rude or self-centered here but I felt the simplest and best way to get this done was just hold my breath and jump. Below are the designs I have submitted to the print shop. These are in final form and are set up for a two color print on a black shirt. I'm already putting up the fee for the screens and the first run of 24 shirts (which was his minimum)...we're gonna be looking at about $15 per shirt plus shipping (I'll check on the best way on that)...2x and 3x sizes will be available at a dollar or two extra cost.

here is the left chest design

and this is the back

fire away and let me know what sizes and numbers you may be wanting so I can give him the breakdown for the first shirt run.

Bobby or Herc, if you could "sticky" this so other might be able to see when they sign in I'd appreciate it much.

Hey T-bat, I will take a large. I only need one for now. I don't get paid until the 15th. If that is a problem for the first run, then I will jump on the second, alright?

Cool design btw

Count me in for 2 mediums T-bat. I can paypal you the money, which would probably be the fastest method. I'd love to show my support of GP.net!

keep those orders coming laugh ...I have a paypal account as well for anyone who wants to go that route...I would prefer to stay away from personal checks if possible since we have to getinto the whole area of waiting for them to clear...I've never handled money orders and I know thats an extra expense...I'll ask at my bank about deposit policy...I understand not everyone has paypal or credit cards to use on paypal.

guys I'm not trying to be a stick in the mud here...and I'm most certainly not pointing any fingers, justplease try and understand where I'm coming from here...I talked to my branch manager and she informed me that if I deposit a second party check and for some reason it gets returned, my account will be charged $29.50...plus I will be responsible for covering the amount of the check...I dont mind doing this thing with the shirts, heck I wanna do it but I dont want to involve my personal checking account that I pay my bills with to do it...not to mention if it did cause any kind of problem my wife would skin me alive and I sure dont want that...So I guess I'm going to have to insist that payment be by money order or paypal...I opened my Paypal account just to make a purchase off eBay...I never really thought I'd use it as much as I have but as much shopping as I do online it sure has come in handy...please dont anyone see this as a character threat, I just have to look out for my home and I'm sure anyone can relate to that...hope this doesnt spoil the concept for eveyone.

T-bat, I can pony out for another two shirts to help get to the minimum order. Make it another medium and a large -- to total to medium X 3, large X 1.

Alright guys, let's make this happen. That's all I can contribute.

hopefully if interest keeps rolling we can get enough folks for a second run of shirts...we'll just have to hit the 24 shirt minimum again...there are plenty enough peeps on the site to get those numbers easily, it just depends on how often the sign on, interest and such.

They look great T-Bat. I can't wait to sport the shirt out in public here in KS.

I will send paypal payment ASAP after you PM me to let me know the total.

I'm glad everyone is pleased with the results...now if we can get enough folks on board maybe we can get another run going...postage turned out to be a teeny bit higher than I had planned so I may have to go up a dollar on the next batch...sorry guys, but I do gots to cover the expense smile

now if we can ever get a meet together where we can sport our shirts as a group...that would be awesome thumbsup

I realize that Texas is not a central ocation and would be quite a haul for a lot of us, but I think Laps for Charity is a great event to build a meet around...there is bound to be eateries, hotels and places of interest we could cruise to...maybe even get the local chapter of ClubGP to help boost the numbers up...that way you can get god room rates and use parking lots for a nice show-n-shine...other than that, the all GM weekend at Carlisle is a good excuse or almost any GoodGuys show weekend. (sorry I know I'm getting bad off topic)

Good job on the shirts.

I've been and currently still out of the country. I would have ponied up for a shirt but not having a solid hand on my money right now I didn't want to commit to anything.

Let me know if you do a second run.

I still have one order left pending on this first run...then I'm probably gonna ask Bobby to blank this thread and I'll start a new one so we can keep orders from getting mixed up. The only other obstacle I have is I have to come up with the bucks to prepay the shirt guy for a second run. That alone may take me a few weeks. So I'll post up when I'm ready to start taking pre-orders for the next run (which I think will be soon) by the time we have enough pre-orders I should have the money for the prepayment. So keep watch and we'll get another run going soon.

ok I didnt want to put a post like this up but I still havent heard anything from "robrbert" about your order...its been a month since your last response and I havent seen anything in the mail or my PM...so just need to know if you still want the shirt or do I put it up for sale with the one surplus XL that I have...if "robrbert" doesnt want his then I'll have a surplus XXL as well...this will finalize the firt run of shirts.

Same, I would LIKE a PM so I'm sure not to miss the call. Also, you're asking 4.05 USD per shirt? or is that an old number? Hope to hear soon that the second run is ready!

I think it was 15 USD for the shirt, plus USD 4.05 for shipping via Priority Mail. Wouldn't that be great though? laugh
