According to this Yahoo Article Nebraska has the highest gas prices right now.

Doesn't surprise me... I'm midwest as well, and just recently it's jumped from $3.03 a gallon for premium, but it's 3.29 right now

Well like 2 to 3 weeks ago it was 3.05 for regular but last week it went down to 2.77 but within the last couple of days it now 2.89 for regular.

How about $0.12 a gallon in Caracas, Venezuela?  I paid $3.05 for regular yesterday.
