thought id show ya what i did as my first total overhaul in autobody school when i was 19...17 years ago when i bought this truck it was BAD..and not the good bad it was driven into a tree by the former owner right into one of the frame rails, so the hood, grille and bumper...trash also in these truck they had pockets in the front of the front fenders, one was rusted out, so i had a parts truck.so i chopped of the the lower part of the doner fender and welded it to my fender, in this process i had the box off, the front clip off seats out and gas tank out( witch is behind the seats) and box off, box got a sandblasting and new seam sealer, all parts dp epoxy coating primer was dp48 white with 1992 GM Bahama transparent blue, and 5 coats of clear...baked..then wet sanded and buffed by your truly..this is what came out of all that
