so Im curious to know how do I attach a pic so that when I write it attachs to my name and is displayed? I realize strictly speaking its not a GP question...but the pic is of a GP...so it kinda applies...

You'll need to have to pic hosted online. www.photobucket.com is an easy site to use.
Use the IMG line and copy and paste it in your sig.

There really is no size limit but the idea is to keep it small enough so a person doesn't have to scroll across the screen to read everything because your sig pic is way too wide. Also keeping it on the small side helps those who are on dial up as well.

Take a look at all the other sig pics and use those as a guide for size.

Not over 100kb~ file size would be a nice consideration for us 56kers. blush

what about posting other pics? Each time I change the pic all the previous posts I made change as well....there should be some sort of information area for old computer illiterates like me....

Your sig in your post is copied from your profile, where you filed it out. So, if you change your pic in your sig, it gets changed in all of your post.

If you want to post some pics, you can do that. Just start a new topic and post your pics. Put the addresss line in the body of the topic.
