Seeing as empty is the opposite of full, shouldn't
Full = 1
Empty = -1?

Not to mention the guy behind you is getting pissed off when the pumps are full. I don't see how that works out... slow stills lets fumes build, but they have longer to accumulate since you're taking so long. When you do it fast, you make more fumes, but over a shorter period of time. I wonder how it truly equals out.
