Ok guys...

Since I had my 2004 GTP I have been kicking around the idea of the Banshee hood.

Now that I have my GTO the idea is even greater.

They have it on sale this month... I may jump.

Beutiful!

Now I wonder why is that one so much cheaper then the hoods for the GPs? There is a heck of alot more buyers for the GP hoods then there are for the GTOs.

Holy Smoke!

Looks like no matter where I go it is going to cost $700-$800 to paint install the hood.

That is a N20 kit!

I say get it. It only cost $400 to have my hood painted. Oh yea, its worth it. I am always to see my car. Looking at the hood while driving is even better. It will make your GTO stand out from the other GTOs if you were to go to a convention years later.

Note the windshield wiper mounted nozzles but I think that is cheap.

Wouldn't bother with the carbon fiber unless you want to have a black two stripe design for each hood.

I just love the heat extractors on that hood...much better than the four vent SD model for our cars...paint and install will always be extra $$$ but man is the look worth it...it really adds a lot of attitude to the car in my opinion.

SD's are 2 vents for the extractors, the 2 in the back. The 2 front vents are for the intake.
