any one deal with this company before? i ordered decals from them late feb, they said it was sent the 28 of feb. i have yet to get anything.

Call them and be calm with them when inquiring on the progress of your shipment.

they said that they shipped them the 28, like for god sakes its only coming from one state away...

cause im bored i went online to find out how far i am away from them and im only 2 1/2 hours away, i might have to call them after work today.

yea this isn't my only order i had made and haven't received. i ordered two hdmi cables for 20 and they gave me a dhl tracking number and nothing comes up for it, but they said to allow 4 to 14 business days, so im letting that slide a lil more. everything else i order after these two have already come in, i hate buying stuff online.

No tracking on first class mail.
I will replace them for free. Shipping with tracking will be $4. If you would like to send the $4 to my paypal account I'll send out another set (and provide you with tracking info)

does this mean i still have to send him 4 dollars? i shouldn't have to pay anything...

sounds likr 4 dollars for a tracking number. tell him its his fault and he should pay for it. but in a nice way.

ya i've got that problem right now... my HU mount led bar was shipped out in the beginning of january... i still haven't gotten it... but i'm not complaining cuz he's sending it to me for free...
