I leave my house before my wife. My wife drives a 99 Dodge Ram Quad Cab, which she parks outside. She called me this morning because some punk a$$ bastards tried to break into it last night. She sadi the lock is all screwed up and she can not open the drivers side door from the outside. Does not appear that they made it inside, but damn, now I have to fix what they screwed up.

CRAP!!!

Sorry to hear that Austin. Well, at least it's just the lock. Good thing they didn't break in and take stuff or the truck itself. It's a @#$%ed up feeling whenever some jerk does that to your car. I've been there before, so I know what you're going through.

Yeah at least you dont know who did it. One year after a snow and ice storm I went out to get in my lumina and the handle was hanging off. My mom broke it and didnt tell me about it.

The only time someone broke into my car it was unlocked. They apparently found that I have nothing worth stealing, especially when I don't even make them go out of their way to get in. They did break into my two jeeps and stole some cash and an onyx ring. They were also unlocked. Not to mention the keys were in the ignition of the Sahara. Shows you the kind of neighborhood I live in. We lock our doors now.

it always sux bigtime when some louse cant keep his hands off stuff that dont belong to him...the sad part is that most of the time the jerks that do the stealing dont even really need it...its not because they are poor they just got that frame of mind...I see grown men cracking open movie and game cases in WalMart all the time...I guess deep down its why I'm such a big Batman fan, cuz sometimes when I see these idiots I just wanna deck them one time.

Some years ago i had a VW beetle 69, it was crap until i have it repainted, and got everything his original pieces from a lot of places from internet to junk yards, well it took me around a year to finish it...it was very nice, maybe not to win some contest but really nice. Then 2 weeks after finishing it, it dissapear from the parking lot of the university... amazing here in Mexico was that i found it exactly a after a month , and the only difference were the dust all over the car. I'm a lucky guy.

Alex cheers

Busted lock eh? Reminds me of when somebody tried to drill out the lock out my friends Z28 but I walked out on the bastard and his look out down the way. They are so lucky I was to, um, "confused" to figure out what was going on till I went inside. (Never saw the driller, just the lookout near MY car) Once I went inside they never came back because about 15 guys started wandering around the area looking for them.
