Lol that is rice for sure. I actually saw something similar like this on a honda in my apartments parking lot and it was bent down and was about 2-3 inches off ground. Made me laugh hard.

I see this honda on my way home from work all the time with a fart cannon that could catch rain. It literally comes out and goes to the top of the trunk lid!

I still haven't figured out WHY.

I mean, they look ridiculously oversized. They sound awful. WHY do people buy them?
