So before I do this form. I had my car since december of 2004 and it had 69,000 miles on the car when I bought it. Now it has 166,000 miles on it and the repairs were done before the 150,000 miles which were for the LIM gasket and the coolant flush again because of the gunk that was in the engine oil.

I still qualify right, because the stuff were repaired before the 150,000 mile mark.

If your repair is done within the earlier of 7 years or 150,000 miles of your vehicle delivery date, and prior to May 30, 2008, you may be included in this settlement.
Yes, as long as you have proof of the repairs and proof of ownership.

Luckily, I still had my receipt in the door of my car. laugh

How do you think they would address a warrenty issue? I had a third party warrenty and my deductible was $100.00 but the cost for upper gaskets was $400+.

This was done 1.5 years ago also, can I now flush and go to green or am I still doomed to forever use the red? Coolant color is still decent and not gritty yet

If you completely flush the engine, radiator, and heater core, you can run whatever antifreeze you want.

How difficult is it to flush all of that?

Do to the disposal of the old fluid I just took mine to the shop and had it done.

Otherwise it's pretty easy just time consuming.

Basically drain the cooling system fill with fresh water circulate the coolant (either with a devise meant for flushing or run the motor)If the motor was used drain and repeat until all the color is gone. The machine the shop uses is faster. Then refill and burp with your favorite 50/50 mix.
