It's a shame, that's a $5000 helmet that came off of a .50 cent head. At least he's putting the helmet to good use.

wow, a $100k helmet for that .50 cent head. what was funny was Waltrip acyually ducking as the helmet was being thrown, window net and all.

its now at $133,100 i wish i had that kind of money to waste on a helmet. i think i should contact him and ask if he could "donate" some money to my "lets make a V6 Firebird as fast as a Trans AM fund"

I'm thinking someone must have made a typo when putting in the amount that they wanted to bid....there are very few people who would be able to pay over $8 million dollars for a helmet. That guys gonna be hurting once the auction ends and they're looking for his $8 mill.
