He might be deaf. How hell he couldn't hear loud shopping cart going like bang, scrap or whatever noise is. I guess truck engine is loud. It is funny he stop like few seconds then finally go again until this guy ran to this driver to stop. I bet some shopper behind this wall heard loud noise
