Just wanted to introduce myself. I am a new GP owner as of today Navy Blue 2000 GT coupe no mods at this time. I have lurked in the forums for about a week now. I have to say I am very excited to be part of the community.

I have had a passion for working on cars for many years. I look forward to adding some mods on my new ride. As well as learning as much as I can from the community.

I will get some pics up tomorrow.

What kind of mods are you looking at?

Right now I am going to replace the headlights with Projectors (factory ones are in real bad shape) I am going to build a CAI or may just build a new WAI. I am in the process of a promotion at work and when that is done I might do a Top swap. I am still up in the air on that one. Probably going to do something with the seats (dang they are uncomfortable) new sound system and then I will start on the performance mods. Nothing to big though I will probably never race her..

I am a huge computer geek, so for the sound system I am going to install a PC in the car with touch screen. For MP3's and video playback with GPS. But this will come later when I get more cash..

Welcome aboard...if you've been lurking then I guess you've already noticed we have a pretty colorful bunch here...and a wealth of info to be tapped. I've had my GP for almost 5 years now and still love as much or more than when I bought it...and this board has been a big part of that. Hope yours is as good to you.

Thanks for the Welcome everyone has given me. I will change my display name. I will probably have the pics up this weekend. I got home to late, and have to work out of town the next couple of days.


Ok I cannot find an option to change my display name. If an Admin wants to remove the .org from my display name that would be great...

only way to change your screen name would be to create a new profile. I didnt think too much about my screen name until I was called to be a Recruiter. By that time, I already had 2,000 posts or so here.

BTW: since I am a little leary of clickin that link on my work computer, what is that link for? What's the site all about?

The site is for things like computer mods, hardware mods, game system mods and stuff like that no blackhat stuff and no nasty trojans or anything. It is just my personal blog.

I thought the same thing.

You may be a useful person to have on this site. We often have folks post up questions on what to do now/next with their computers.
