I know there are some out there who aren't fans of Ford, but personally I like all American cars. Anyway, I also know a lot of you are fans of gaming. The term "easter egg" refers to a hidden message in a video game, put there just for fun. Ford has taken this a step further with what could be the first easter egg in a car engine:

Um hello could it be because they don't want to damage their new "green" image? Only enthusiests really care and once the enthusiest knows it's there that's all it needs. No need to put it in the face of every potential customer.
But is it too little too late for a company who's reputation is severely damaged? We'll have to find out whether or not Fiat really knows what theyre doing and if all those fiat-based chryslers actually sell in this country
