I doubt he took it on purpose. I'd call the P.D. tomorrow. Do you know the officer's name?

You would have gotten a temporary permit if he meant to keep your license.

My car did go 110 mph once. I was young and stupid. It is not worth it for keep everyone dangerous. If I want to go fast then I will take it at local track. I'm not trying create problem but that's law. Everyone should keep follow the speeding limit. Maybe over 5 mph should be fine. Over 10+ mph kind like risky. That's why cop doing their job to give everyone a ticket. I have got 3 tickets. One cop told me try use speed limit (55) mph and try leave early like 10-15 minutes. I took cop advice and it is work pretty good. I saved some gas and my extra time is pretty worth it. I have been doing that for 3 years. No tickets so far. I don't miss speeding

whatever you say, Austin. probably depends on the offense, I've had my license taken and having my ticket allowed me to continue driving for 10 days.

if you can't read the name there should be a P.E. (that's what it is in indiana) number on the bottom of the ticket that tells their car number or their employee number
i just got a ticket last night... 55 in a 40 but the lady was nice and offered me a seatbelt ticket instead... so i got a 25 dollar ticket instead of a 150 and no points on the license
