lol i will definately vouche for that one...when i was on my way home from florida last night i was about 60 miles south of louisville on N65 and i was at a dead stop for about 30 minutes while they were cleaning up the accident!! man was i irritated i just wanted to get to my hotel and get some sleep so i could drive in the morning.... yes i know the purpose of it but they could still open up a lane for traffic instead of having the lanes completely blocked off. but maybe thats just me being tired from driving...
