So, all, I am registered on a number of forum sites (grandprix.net, patriotguard.org, thirdgen.org, clubgp, 60degreev6), and have got to say this is tied with patriotguard.org as being the best site out there. If anyone ever needs an answer, I notice that most people will answer within the hour, people here are, for the most part, polite and helpful, and that the site itself is INCREDIBLY easy to navigate and use. So, kudos to the creators, mods, and the users of GP.Net. Yall rock.

IT's something about the color scheme and how a recent post is moved up to the top, so sweet!

Not to take away anything from BAM and the guys who run the site, but I think a lot of it also comes down to the great posters here. I've been to a lot of messageboards with good admins, but if the posters just want to "fling crap" at each other, it turns into a horrible site. We have good, knowledgeable, respectful people here. I really think that is key.

Yeah, I have to agree ... you can't beat the people here for knowing about the Grand Prix.

It doesn't matter if it's the SE, GT or the GTP. Somebody will have an answer for your questions. cheers

I've been on board here since before I bought my GP...and the info I got here was a major factor in my buying decision. Since that time any problem or mod I intend to make to my car I float the post here first, and there has never been a shortage of information and opinion. This site is better than an online owners/shop manual because it comes with the benefit of experience and the kind of people who would help you turn the wrenches if they were your next door neighbor. I never would have thought one of my most valuable tools would be a keyboard. Somuch so that when I shop for another car nowdays one of the first things I do is see if I can find a message board that supports it. It is truly sad that most are populated with those like on our "faternal brother" site.

The model run of the GP may well be at its end, but with so many of these cars on the road here's to the continued success of this board.
Long Live GP.net! cheers

It's a great site, and as T-Bat said, the keyboard has been my most useful tool against bad mechanics, i don't have skills to do my self almost anything on my car but always have info from you guys to tell where is located the problem (usually my tranny) and get it fixed faster and cheaper.

I can practice my english too!! cheers

I think the difference is some of older members try to give advice that will help you whereas the other site cough(CGP) will ridicule newbies and give them attitude ,I've seen a lot of new members here come a long way and they need to ask questions to learn .Chico.

I second that. I've asked about a billion questions since I joined, and I've still got a lot to learn from the "elders" wink
