It was sorta a "heh, almost died / wrecked the car" laugh.
I'm not sure what made him run without wheely bars...considering he's got a chute mounted on the back...

Cause he wanted to be a show off and show how high he could get that front end. Much faster and he probably woulda went over backwards. Come to think about it he probably scared the poop outa himself let off the gas real quick slamming that front end down causing the loss of directional stability. How many videos have you seen of people on motorcycles who do that? Quite a few.

Kinda wondered about the wheelie bar thing too. May have been showing off. That T/A does look like a monster.
