Dog make owner trouble. Police impound the car because of no insurance proof. So owner walk home with dog lol

haha, why did he leave it running??? I never would leave my car running if I left my dog in it, thats just stupid

I agree, why leave it running, unless it was either too hot or too cold to keep the dog inside with the windows up, if it that be the case, he should have left the dog at home.

must have been an older rig, most vehicles require you hit the brake before it will even come out of park.
