You all know I have tint job create by FLIP at gpona.com. He might charge lot but he is damn good job. I'm actually send him my door panel light for tint it lol. My SE don't have light so what is point use it? TINT that bad boy! lol

This is very dark as he can but I told him I want light tint. His mistake so he fix it then send me back again.

not mean off-topic... I actually like galaxy silver "grand prix" name. I have one on daytona 500 trunk lid on my winter beater and other 2 names from local Ohio guy who I brought leather panels. I will trade my silvermist lower door molding and side skirt for galaxy silver lower door molding and side skirt to match mine. That's nice of him. It was special edition model. I'm thinking grab 2 silver names to put it back on my car doors and trunk. Or leave it naked?

so are these tinted on the outside?, is there a thread that explanes how to do this? Id love to get mine tinted, but not too dark, I dont want some loser texting or talking on there celly to hit me

Yes, the tail is tint from outside. I wish I knew how to do that. That's why I gave my tails to pro. 4drgt will explain to you for how to do it yourself since he done that.

I see my blazer , definatly need mine tinted soon, and btw Andy's tails arent tinted in that pic Andrew, that was on the way to the parts store before you tinted tails.

you could always be cheap and buy some VHT tail tint and do it yourself like me ? ... mine turned out beautifuly

Jorgs, VHT is NOTHING compared to what Andrew does, trust me i did VHT on my GTP, and then seen his work on other GP's, and omg is it stunning. His work is definatly worth the money.

Nah use 99 cents black pantyhose to cover your tail.

yes boost i noticed that andys tails wernt tinted in that pic, but its ok, maybe a before and after lol

and yes its on the outside of the lense, and its tinted automotive clear so its the same stuff you paint your car with

sounds good, and i just want to say the light ouput isnt bad, you think they are dark but you still get a large amount of light output i was never worried about getting hit because of my tails

GTP with VHT tint. I was happy with it, but Andrew sure does a good job with the professional stuff.

I tinted mine with VHT Nite Shade and it looked very good at first but sitting out in the sun has faded the tint pretty badly and you can barely tell it now. I'm thinking about striping them with black Krylon Fusion like I did with my front corners and follow with gloss clear coat.

i noticed that when i did corys tails they were tinted with just vht and they were dull !! i just like the shine lol

I know it is SE model but he has gt/p rear bumper when someone hit his SE rear bumper. He installed 4th brake light on bumper between trunk lid during tint tail but his photobucket is dead

So far I found his old pictures from his car domain website. He didn't update for this since July 2007. Not best help but gold car and tint tail should help I guess.

yeah even though my VHT looked good, i still like andrews product better. even though my VHT was BLACK lol, i got so much crap from cops all the time about my tails. one time i had a cop trying to peel off my "tail light covers" i just laughed at him and told him it was a film.
