These are few things I've been pondering and I want educated opinions please.

1.) How much power will the stock GTP trans. take?

2.) Did they put the 4T65E-HD in the Bonnie SSEi and if so are they any better then what I have now?

3.) Where can I aquire trans. parts (i.e. LSD's, Gears, and what not), my cousin is a tranny master and can build a heckuva trans for a very small price

1) The 4t65e and 4t65e-HD are good for 13 second trac usage. Using heavy rims and/or slicks will increase the likelyhood of tranny failure. Also, one-wheel burnouts are a no-no.

2) I think any L67-equiped vehicle had the HD version.

3) Can't really help you there, sorry.

I remember reading somewhere or hearing someone say the Bonnie trans in the SSEi had a lower final drive ratio, 3.29 I believe, if its a direct swap and a better trans I can get one with low miles for a low price

1. Up to 300whp.

2. No idea what the Bonnie had, only benefit is for burnouts.

3. ZZP, Intense, and WBS for performance parts. Trannyman and Transtar for kits.

If it's an HD, it would have the bigger differential. No factory 4t65e came with an LSD.

All the L67 cars used the 4T65EHD. Their is no tranny better from one car to the next. Gear ratios maybe different but not what holds up better. The only tranny that would be an upgrade is the 4T80. Even then it's a bunch of customizing to get it to fit and work. The Bonnie tranny has no beni's over the GP tranny. There were two after market LSDs. One was by Quaif (no longer making them) and the other was Intense (quality been suspect from day one)

As for power GM likes to keep the CHP to under 300 with the 65. They program tons of torque managment into the PCM to save the tranny on both the 04+ GTP/GXPs. That's why the 04+GTPs were dogs compared to the 97-03 GTPs.

For the 65 or the 80?

Have you seen they now offer lockers on their trucks? It's about time. They are standard on the Z71s and optional on the rest of the full size linup. 4WD or 2WD.

can you use some punctuation?

An LSD is really nice to have for cornering and really nice for track use
