Too bad. I was never really a Hamilton fan. He raced before I really watched NASCAR, but I knew of him.

Unfortunately, I don't think Benny Parsons has long.
Benny fought and won his battle with cancer only to have the cure (chemo) destroy his lungs. Last I heard he was in ICU fighting for his life.
When I was watching the news last night and they made the announcement, Benny Parson was who I thought they were going to say died. I thought Bobby Hamilton was doing good with his battle, and didn't even think of him being the one who died.

Is BP really doing that bad? I know he did the chemo, but then he came back and did the announcing towards the end of the season. I was hoping he had made a recovery. I had not heard he was in the ICU again. Too bad.

ive heard that BP is in really bad shape for the past few weeks.

I actually got to meet Bobby hamilton when i was like 10 years old up at Watkins glen. He was one of the nicest drivers that i ever met. He signed all of the stuff that i had with me!
