I started thinking,

What are your thoughts on GM bringing the Holden lineup stateside? GM could apease the Saturn dealers by rebranding them as Holden. Holden already has a great lineup. GM could then market this brand as the brand of the future. One that can embrace both performance and "green" Maybe the injection of a "new" brand would spur sales. Leave the stupid little GM logo off the fender. If GM has to finally succumb to Ch 11(should have instead of taking money but that's beside the point) this "new" brand won't come with the bankruptcy stigma that the rest of the GM line up will have to over come when it comes to new car sales. It won't come with the crappy interior stigma GM has gotten and could be marketed against the Japanease.

Holden already has a full line up

GM could pick there fav for each segment and go from there.

Just an idea to toss around.

Mmm... Holden Monaro... Those things combine everything I like from the new GTOs and the G8s.

John Approved!
