Alright let's get back on track. Apparently Dell wires their power supplies different than everyone else so that explains why my new power supply wasn't working. My uncle has a Dimension 4600 as well so I went to his house and tried his computer's power supply and the computer still did not turn on. This leads me to believe that the motherboard got fried along with the power supply thus making my computer pretty much hopeless.

I ordered a new, customized HP Pavilion desktop today. I was going to go with Dell again but HP is a much better deal, it should be here in the next week. Hopefully my hard drive wasn't damaged at all so I can get all of my files and folders onto the new computer when it gets here. Thanks for all the help guys.

Good choice on the HP. Maybe my stock options will go up a little.
