Cold air intake box

Does anyone have instructions on how to build a intake box? I would rather build one than buy one since I am kinda short on money after buying a 1969 Pontiac Firebird!!! Thanks for any help!

Dont remember which post but I saw a dude build one out of plexiglass ( I am in the middle of that ) by using cardboard as template. I saw the pictures he had sent me and tell you it was a sweet looking box highly stylish and highly functional!
