Well I with 3 other guys in my apartment threw collegiate housing. It's a 2 bedroom and have to put up with my roommate till July when I move out(have a year lease and have done 6 months, way to much money to break lease). We share same bedroom and bathroom. The one guy im rooming with in my room is a complete slob. He doesn't ever help clean bathroom when it becomes a complete mess and im forced to clean it. His side of the room is really bad like plates under the bed with partial bits of food left on em and hes got pop cans everywhere and makes his side a complete dump. Stenches come from his side of the room and really pisses me off. I've told him I've threatened on having him kicked out and he just doesn't care. He yells at me for complaining about it and I'm just wondering what are some steps I should take to get him out. Not really looking for a smart-butt answer here im just wondering how I should take care of this. I've tried reasoning with the man but he doesn't seem to want to even hear it.

pics or it didnt happen. LOL just kidding dude, if i was you i wouldnt deal with that crap, threaten him that you will throw his stuff out if he doesnt clean up his messes.

i had the same problem before, what you need to do is turn him in if at all possible, yeah its a "narc" thing but trust me its worth it if you talk to your landlord and say that just because hes a slob and he dont pick up you feel you will get docked for you money you put down for a pre payment if you complain enough to the land lord they will do something about it and its worth it trust me

Well I'll have to get my complain on then.

Have you tried talking to him? Not casually, but actually saying that something has to change

Get a third party in there, and she what they can do for you.

Post some pictures in this thread, and then show it to him after our comments.

Thats ridiculous. When you're paying money to live there, and with someone else, you're clearly not getting your moneys worth when its a mess 99% of the time. Sure complaining / telling on him is looked down upon but i'd do that in a heartbeat in your situation man!

i like the take a crap in his bed, but go eat some exlax first lol
