So I'm going to be paying someone soon and am wondering if I can use paypal to send money to someone using my debit card. I want to pay the person by using my debit card (I dont want to transfer in funds to paypal and pay using paypal).

Is it possible to do what I'm trying to do? I have a premier account and have a mastercard..

Link the card to the account, and if there is no balance in the paypal account, then it will automatically transfer the funds from the card to paypal to the other person.

Yea just link the debit card to paypal and then when you go to send the money you choose your card as a funding account and it will draw it out of your card.
