that is true...but if you get out of sight of the cop with the radio... the radio wont do him any good :p

by the time the radios are being used, they already have ALL youre information ready to go.

Before the heli shows up, you stand a decent chance if you can drive and know the area. Once the heli shows, you're toast.

Now, the trick is also to keep far enough from the cops chasing you so they can't get your plate. Or run in a stolen car. If you run in your car and they see your plate, even if you get away, your still toast.

Just use a rocket launcher for the helicopter.

If you drive, know the area have people waiting at a garage to open then shut door, cool the engine, have alibis , and in most smaller towns that dont have helis, the eye witnesses , on your side and the local sheriff having NO idea that you did this, Your still Screwed!!

Palsut that hit was much harder then you realize.

I read a story once about a guy who raced away from a cop in a small town, so the cop had a pretty good idea of who it was. However, by the time the cop had gotten a search warrant (car was shut in a barn at that point), the guy had added some spacers to the wheels. Cops had measured the tire track width from his burnout, but when they measured the track width of the car... no match!
