Sorry about the sebring but I like the color. There is a guy in my area with the same color but a 4dr with the turbo and he has 20 inch black ten spoke wheels on his, looks real good.
How much hp does this pt have, I didn't know they had the turbo for the convertible.

my friend has a PT Cruiser Series 3 Dream Cruiser with the 2.4 Turbo. Hes got the Upgraded PCM, exhaust, and a bunch of other stuff(cant remember for the life of me). He took my friends stock GTP by 1 car length already and that was only with an Upgraded PCM! Now after he did exhaust and the rest of the stuff he took the GTP by about 1.5 car lengths! These cars have an amazing amount of potential! http://www.seriouswheels.com/cars/top-2004-Chrysler-PT-Dream-Cruiser-Series-3.htm

I ain't got much for PT Cruisers. They're Neons with a different body and have just as many problems. At least yours has a different engine. Tail lights are also bad for condensation.
I don't know how much you're desiring a vert, but some of the best compact Chryslers are those made by Mitsu like mine. The 2-door Sebring and Stratus coupes (Sebring vert doesn't count). They're a whole different animal from the Chrysler products and you can use just about any Eclipse engine upgrades.

I'm personally not headed in that direction. Overall I've had very good luck with Chryslers...I only hope this one turns out to be half as good a car as my Intrepid was...whenthat car finally gives up the ghost I'm gonna give it a Viking funeral.

When I saw the inside of my cousins, that retarded shifter really stuck out! Interior is blah. But I do like your color and wheels. Her yellow PT is just plain UGLY! She had a solstice, then a new cute eclipse, that I liked, then she got this ugly PT, I was like are you insane! She goes, well I get tired of driving the same car quickly.

The Turbo PT Cruisers have the Neon SRT-4 Engines in them. So pretty much any mod that you can do to an SRT-4 you can do to the Cruiser. I LIKEY!!!!

we don't need to make jokes about your Miata Corey, just seeing a man drive one is good enough for a laugh or two.
Congrats on the new ride Tbat, the novelty of getting something new is always nice. Though I was never really a fan of sebrings/concordes.
Tim, there is a HUGE power difference in automatic and manual 4 bangers.

my friend has the Dream Cruiser Series 3 and he could stay with a stock SRT-4. That was BEFORE he put mods on his car.

Lemme guess, the mod bug infection is both chronic AND terminal, huh? Have the thing for a few days and it's ALREADY getting tweaked on.

Ya know, there is a very simple way to get your BOV to go "squish" on those mopar turbo engines, I dont know how to do it, but I watched it on DIY, it was on the show "Tricked Out", I'm sure you could find it somewhere on the web

nuttin like a bunch of wiseazz cajone busters actually from my youth I was always taken with John Milner's 32 duece from "American Graffiti"...then later it was ZZ Tops awesome "Eliminator" 33 Ford...especially the videos from "Gimme all your Lovin" and "Sharp Dressed Man" where the ZZ boys and the bad rod would magically appear and toss some young dude the keys. Not to mention all the cool rods that have been built by the master car builders during all these years. The PT cruiser has long reminded me of these old hot rods but from the late 30s Chrysler has chosen the image of eagles or birds of prey as their mascot or logo, as evidenced by not only the Chrysler Building in NYC which is adorned with eagle heads and claws...but also the "wings" logo the Chrysler returned to several years ago. So as an homage to Chryslers of years gone by and to the mythical image of the ZZ Top hot rod...I have dubbed the Cruiser "GhostHawk" here is a graphic I did and a possible paint scheme...

ok here it goes, i like the idea tbat, the graphic looks sweet as heck, but so far you are planning on alot of money into this PT, because the way it looks in the photoshop your are painting from a bodyline up (hood- around ) allready if you are planning on doing that thats some $$ personaly i wouldnt do it, you could take that money and sink it into the gp, but yet its your car your money and hey if it makes you happy go for it, but thats just a amount of change i dont think i personaly could do to a pt.

the PT is a tall vehicle and thats why I decided on the darker tu-tone because it visually lowers the look of the car and breaks up the big chunk of side body. I do know what you mean about the curved lines of the lower half and bulging fenders. I considered a stripe very similar in shape to this graphic... PT stripe However the more I played with this idea (wanting to place the hawk inside the stripe) the more busy and over done I think it began to look. I am considering checking with a guy that does pinstriping at the richmond rod & custom show each year to see if he could do the hawk graphic and leave out the black background which I think would be more subtle and "ghost-like"...I'll have to try another chop for effect but I love the tu-tone on the Mulholland Edition Prowler and several other 32s I've seen that stuck with the straight lines.
