That's what I did in July. Got a 4k rebate and paid 200 over invoice. Sticker was 29 and change. I got it out the door with tax etc... for 24 and change. I like the 03's over the 04's anyway. It's the last GP to be made in the USA, looks sexier, and has curves. The 04's strait lines, sharp angles, and pointyness just didn't do it for me.
