when im shiftin to r to d the clunks getting more violent so i need to change my tranny mount.....how much is this and how expensive?

$35-$40 for stock.
Or go with ZZPs poly for like $80.
Should be around $150-300 for someone to do it, or $0 and some elbow grease for you to do it.
