they are great cars, i just miss my 99

but there are other things that i need to take care of first

to answer this question, i like the inferno hood, i HATE HATE HATE the inferno spoiler, and im kinda 50/50 on the front lip, there is just nothing like the styling of the 97-03's

either that or another nicer gp ,mines not worth fixing way to much wrong with it....i havent decided yet

OK so RS, did not clear up my question by re-posting that you want a 97-03 or a ws6, I GET IT.

However, I am just wondering what is making you want to get rid of your car. I can understand the ws6, that would be a fun car, but why (other than looks) do you prefer a 97-03 over your current car? ( I have never been in the 04+ cars.)

That's right. I was asking same question what make you want to get rid of 04+ model. I see he says nothing much fun for 04+ model which it is true. 04+ model are mostly lot of family cars that I see it all the time in highway. There are not lot of aftermarket parts for 04+ model. You could see 04+ model in this message board is dead. He is only one current member have that model.

I drove this 04+ model before in rental. It is nice car but nothing much like sporty look. Our 97-03 model is much better than 04-08 model. Of course, I do like 04+ leather seat set that I installed on my car.

I think I know why he get rid of this. He brought 04+ model to show off his ex-girlfriend. He was hoping that his ex-gf will back with him because he has "cool" car. His ex-gf laughed... wtf? that's not sport car. That's family car. lol you make me sick. I'm going back to my new boyfriend (firebird drive by) Oh here is my hulk boyfriend and his sexy black firebird. Goodbye and have a good life. Andrew feel sad but he is not going give it up. He will get 97-03 GTP or firebird to win his girlfriend back.

the 04 has leather = nice, but cold, but they are heated my 99 you just sunk in the seats, like they were wraping around you, part of the car

dont get me wrong i like the 04 but i liked my 99 more, the only thing is the 04 is supercharged, yes it has paddleshifters, but who cares, its a poor mans manual im not a fan of them.

i like the trunk space of the 04 its HUGE but it seems like there isnt as much leg room, in front could just be me.


and yes tim i shoot my self in the foot for buying this, but ITS LIFE everyone allways does something that they wish they wouldnt have, so its just something i have to deal with

I bought a 98 F150 back in 2000.

it had 30k on it. 4x4, leather, V8.

I loved that truck! but I went from NO payments to $450 a month! the first few months I just lived with it, but then it was draining my wallet just to own it and drive it (gas, insurance, monthly payment.)

So I got rid of it, and got hosed on that end of it too. (seems like nobody is ever dumb enough to pay what you did, its not really true, but that is how it feels when trying to sell it).

that is why I was curious, seems you are not too fond of the payments.

Wow, I'm surprise AustinGTP says that. I thought you love this car? Who need HUD. Almost all 95% in this world car don't have this HUD. We do have gauge.

yep has hud so it can go into stealth mode lol
