It is good, it just reminds me that maybe in 2 years my car wont be allowed to circulate on the city everyday, it will have to stay at home 1 day every week because of the pollution in Mexico City, and then i will have to sell it, so i feel my time is going with my baby.

Anyway if i buy a new complete engine it wont be allowed to circulate.

Maybe could be a good idea to buy a bike for the day it'll stay at home.

If i couldn't drive my car for a day every week, I don't know what I'd do.

So, Alex, what is the deal with that? Why won't they let you drive one day a week? I don't think I understand that. I am just curious.

Pollution here in Mexico City is very High due to the conditions of the City, and obviously we have a lot of cars here, so there's a program that by law cars of more than 10 years old must stay a day at home, sometimes when you change your cat you could drive for a little longer but i don't know right now how it works.

My number plate will stay at home on fridays, but that'll be on 2 years.

Wow, that is crazy. So, I guess they think they can regulate pollution that way then, huh? Thanks for the info

Yes they thought they could do that but what happened when this program initiated more than 10 years ago was that people bought a second car for this days. Anyway the program continues, and we have to check our cars twice a year for emissions.
