so i am guessing that it is an honor type system. i mean how do they know if you actually have your car parked on fridays??
as for leaving my car parked for a couple of days, its no trouble for me right now. i just bought a jeep about a month ago so that is the new play toy. its great to drop the top and just ride for a while, but there is still nothing like getting back in the ole GP after a couple of days of getting beat around in the jeep.

i remember when my 98 hit 150K..i about cried...thinking it would soon be dead but it lasted me till i got my 05 ... the 98 had 170K on it by that time....

... All the program is supported on the plate number and you have a sticker with some colors, and this way, if the police see you driving with a color that doesn't have to be driving you are towed and you get a very expensive ticket.

Crazy idea: Get a power tuner and change some numbers that basically calibrate your MPH (for some tranny builds, and larger wheels/tires).
So your car thinks its going a lot less MPH, and the miles will turn less. Then with the tuner you can adjust the tranny tables so that it shifts correctly (it wont shift correctly with extreme speed calibration done).
This is about the craziest idea I've had in a while!
Alex sorry I just realized I should've said km/h instead of mph up there. i think the PCM still operated on MPH internally though.

I heard of that law in mexico from a friend that went to college their and I thought the law in Virginia was bad but its nothing like yours, damn(lol)
