Hey, now that I'm going to have a little more time on my hands, I want to get some things to take care of my car with. Things to clean the leather, carpets, windows, dash, wax, etc. The whole nine yards. I was browsing today, but there are so many choices, I was curious, what do y'all recommend? I'm not even sure how many different things I should be looking at. lol

This is an Armor All haters site.
There are some better products out there, just not as advertised as much as armor all, but much better products to use.

I have use armorall on tire shine, interior, rim and etc. stuffs. I have no problem with that. Do what direction say. Some of you probably did follow wrong direciton that left poor job by yourself.

i have nothing aginced them, but

1, all there products react with paint so i hate it in that aspect because of school
2, on the dash it left it too shiney and caused a glare hurt my eyes
3, some of the tire stuff flings but i havent used some of the new stuff
4, never used there wax
5, it leaves some stuff feeling greesey

there is my opinions

Personally I'm going with Zaino in the spring and ditching the in-store stuff but if you're looking for products that you can buy locally then here's what I recommend:

-Car Shampoo: Meguiar's Gold Class
-Clay Bar Kit: Mother's California Gold Clay Bar
-Wax: Mother's SynWax
-Tire Shine: Meguiar's Hot Shine Aerosol Spray
-Windows: Invisible Glass
-Engine Degreaser: Greased Lightning (Orange Bottle)
-Interior: 303 Aerospace Protectant

Notice no ArmorAll on that list at all. I have used it in the past and the interior wipes are a lot easier to use than the bottle of 303 but they don't do anything. All ArmorAll products just sit on top of the surface, that's why they're so greasy and sling everywhere.

These are the best products I've used so far, clearly I haven't been able to use everything but it's some of the best available.
