After I read that and I knew it will be big car accident. Damn, he was lucky to alive but I'm sure he will get some fine for stop in middle of road for change tire.

Hey, at least he didn't do any damage to his wheel by driving it over to the shoulder with a flat tire.
After all, I'm sure we all know having to buy a single wheel is a huge PITA.
