why yes we do.

One to two range colder plugs are a must when you start modding the L67.

The reason to go colder is to prevent knock from the spark plug head's heat. But it also will cause a slight loss of fuel economy if you don't really need them. And most colder plugs you need to change out more often since they don't burn as clean.

Yep... I've got AL103's, which are the coldest plugs available. They work great with my top end swap setup, I'd definitely recommend them.

As for changing out more often because they foul up is because for the colder plugs you need to run the car at higher rpms. If your just DDing and loitering the motor that's when you start to foul cold plugs.

If your gonna do track days and DDing your best bet is to run a warmer plug for your DDing and run the cold plug when your at the track.

I would go with Autolight 605's if you're mildly modded...
104's if you have a fair number of mods...
and 103's only if you're extremely modded...

If you go too cold you won't get the performance that you're looking for and if you go too hot you may end up with a lot of knock.

You may want to experiment between the 605's and 104's. If you're between stock and only having mild mods, I'd say the 605's should do alright.

I don't know...I've got very basic mods and I talked with zoomer at zzp who recommended AL03s...that's what I've been using.
