That is a prime example of why you "sell" your prized car to a buddy before you begin any divorce proceedings. If it's not there, and you don't own it anymore she can't damage it or take it in the divorce, and you can get it back from your friend when everything is said and done.

I've watched 2 friends go through a divorce and both of them had nice rides. One still drives his modded 03 Cobra, and the other ended up with a beater Aspire.
