Have any of you seen the commercials for this sponge for auto washing?
I was like, huh.
You get 8 washes out of it, it holds in soap and waxes at the same time.
I thought it was funny.

Can't seem to find the commercial.
They have one of these for dogs too.

Dude, I got shamwows for Christmas. I can't use them yet though It's too cold out.

do they soak up water like stated ?

idk, never tried em yet. I will later tonight though and see how they work.

I was reading PopSci (or is it PopMech?) and they had classified ShamWow as a marginal performer. Use at own risk and realize that the thing will not last too long at all.

WELL, I tried it this morning just cause, and a roughly 30 cm x 30 cm sheet when folded in half 3 times would absorb exactly 3/4 of a cup of water when dry. After I rang it out, it would consistently absorb exactly 1/2 cup of water.

And that is one of the small sheets.

It's not OMGAMAZING!! but it doesn't seem too bad.
