Yes I built it with the AWD -- it does rain.... and more than once I embarassed a Rustang here in a MD rain at a redlight with my Avalanche -- yes I said my Avalanche...

I am sure most people have one.. one of those roads where people go over to the left or right lane even though their lane will end..Well once I had a Rustang Mach1 behind me and he decided to jump over into the other lane to beat me out of the light (in a light rain, roads where wet) So I put the Avalanche in 4-High, I beat him out of the light by at least 2 of my truck lenghts -- gof in a RWD with too many HP All I could do is point and laugh at the next light -

Hey Jizz what motor you got in that Avalanche? From the sounds of it you don't have that anemic 5.3L. I was sad the day they killed the 5.7L for trucks. Also how do you like the Avalanche? I've been looking into getting a full four door GM truck to replace my three door 98 silverado. So I was lookin at used ones. I can't afford the new four doors or a new Avalanche.
