1. concussion 2. i actualy drank way to much water and messed up my electrolites 3.fighting off an infection add this all to a football practice ( 2 a day) and you get a hell of a combination

I'll use your event to warn my wife, she thinks that to drink lots, lots of water is the best.

I just got my second concussion at football practice last week. Not fun. You will feel lost for a while.

Be careful.
I hate seeing this time of year when football practice starts in the heat of the year. Take it easy and don't over do it.

I did not know you could do that by drinking alot of water, I drink a half gallon of water a day.

Yeah, the football guys I know are running on insane schedules, 2-a-days starting at 4AM, yikes!

Did you have 3 a day practices? Coach Reardon used to make us do that for two weeks. Then we got down to two a days. Are they still making you run Lombardis?

no we just have "2 a days" and yes we still run Lombardis...but they arent that bad

We had the 2-a-days up until school started. That was the last few weeks here in HOT florida. The heat index was over 95 every day. That sucked.

I saw this special on discovery channel like 4 years ago about addictions and there are people out there who drink water until they get a buzz....wierd but true.

Yeah, there are a number of stories on forced hydration in Basic Training where Recruits would get drunk on hyperhydration. If taken too far, one could die from it. Nicht Gueten. No Bueno Todo.
